Postoperative surgical site infections (POSI) are a major problem in Norway and the rest of the world. The National Institute of Public Health's annual report for 2018 showed that the incidence of postoperative surgical site infections varied between 1.6-13.4% depending on the type of surgery. POSI contributes to large costs for society both through more bed days, increased need for reoperation and less participation in working life. Currently moving toward digital-twin efficient data flows beyond design and constructions phases is becoming increasingly important.
We develop a digital market system for surplus rock and soil. The market system will be an important tool for project owners, contractors, relevant surplus facilities and others who want to reuse stone and construction masses and facilitate transport by finding the most sustainable route alternative.
