How we work
At Norconsult, it is the people who are the foundation of our business. It is our forward-thinking and collective knowledge and skills that enable us to deliver small and big differences that adds value to our clients. That's why we appreciate clients who challenge us, so that we together can strive for improvement. We place great emphasis on the continuous development of leaders, employees, and a positive work environment.
We share knowledge and collaborate efficiently across professional, organisational, and geographical boundaries. With skilled advisers, a wide portfolio of disciplines and services, and a strong corporate culture, we have the relevant expertise and capacity to handle both large and small challenges. Our ambition is to ensure a common understanding of goals, challenges, progress, and deliverables in all our projects. Through effective project management and ongoing communication, we achieve excellent results together.
While our cultural platform, LiVE, shapes our culture and work environment, LiVE PRO characterises how we work. LiVE PRO contributes to learning and knowledge transfer, and enhances our ability to solve tasks in new and even better ways. These are our simple and understandable principles that help us understand our clients' needs to meet them in the best possible manner.
Our rule of thumb for ethics states that all our behaviour must be able to withstand public scrutiny. Norconsult has an independent whistleblowing function, Norconsult Speak Up, for reporting of infringements or suspected infringements of laws, regulations or the Norconsult Code of Ethics.
Our corporate culture is summarised in LiVE, which comprises our eleven principles for Leadership, Values and Ethics. Our purpose - Every day we improve everyday life - is our commitment to everyone and defines who we are.
