LB Consult becomes part of Norconsult

Norconsult acquires the Danish consultancy company LB Consult. With the acquisition, Norconsult strengthens its expertise in consulting engineering services within construction and property and its closeness to clients in East- and South Jutland.

A total of 50 employees, located across offices in Aarhus, Kolding and Grenaa, will become part of Norconsult, which is now growing to 500 employees in Denmark.

Closer to the client

LB Consult is also happy to become part of Norconsult. According to Lars Bager, the company's founder and CEO, the acquisition will strengthen the employees' development as there is room for interdisciplinary collaboration in a wide range of fields in Norconsult.

Six acquisitions in six years

LB Consult is the sixth acquisition for Norconsult Denmark since 2017, where the business has gone from 60 to 500 employees in the same period.

According to Thomas Bolding Rasmussen, the investment will help to ensure further growth, create synergies and strengthen competences across the organisation.
