Norconsult strengthens its digital sustainability offer with the acquisition of Pure Logic

Norconsult Informasjonssystemer AS (NoIS) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Norconsult AS. The company develops and markets software in planning, engineering, construction and management of infrastructure and real estate and offers consulting services in system development, IT consulting, cyber security, machine learning and AI in all industries. The company has approximately 200 employees.

Norconsult's subsidiary NoIS will incorporate Pure Logic at the beginning of January 2022. All Pure Logic employees will continue in their positions when the company continues its operations as an integral part of Norconsult's business area Digitization.
