Norconsult CFO Dag Fladby and Norconsult CEO Egil Hogna.

Solid organic growth and improved profitability

Norconsult’s net operating revenue reached NOK 2.2 billion in the third quarter, up from NOK 1.9 billion in the third quarter of 2024. Organic revenue growth, adjusted for calendar effects, was 7 percent compared to the corresponding period last year. This growth was driven by an increase in the number of employees, higher hourly rates and a higher billing ratio.

During the period from July to September, which is influenced by seasonality and summer holidays in the Nordic region, Norconsult’s EBITA (adjusted for calendar effects) amounted to NOK 204 million, corresponding to an EBITA margin of 8.9 percent compared to 8.4 percent in the third quarter of 2024.

“Norconsult delivered solid organic growth and improved profitability in the third quarter. This quarter, we completed Norconsult’s largest acquisition so far by acquiring the Aas-Jakobsen Group and secured several significant assignments. Thank you to our clients, partners, and employees for their continued trust and hard work,” says Egil Hogna, CEO of Norconsult.
