Norconsult awarded new framework agreement with Fagne

The grid company Fagne has entered into framework agreements with five consultancy firms for planning and design services. In the evaluation of submitted tenders, Norconsult was ranked as the top provider, scoring particularly high on the expertise of it’s discipline leads.

Fagne recently carried out a comprehensive tender process for framework agreements covering consultancy services in planning and design. The Company has now signed agreements with five firms, with Norconsult emerging as the highest-ranked bidder. The competence of the designated specialists was assessed as being especially strong.

Fagne is responsible for critical infrastructure across an area of more than 5,000 square kilometres. The company supplies electricity to around 150,000 residents in 15 municipalities across Haugalandet, Sunnhordland, inner Ryfylke and parts of Hardanger. In terms of length, the regional grid exceeds the combined total of all national highways in Norway.
